New York Strip Steak
Ten ounce strip broiled to your liking and served with sauteed mushrooms, au jus and garlic mashed or baked potato. Available with Siciliano, breaded with fine herbs and parmesan cheese breading.

Pork Chops
Two six ounce center cut pork chops, broiled and basted with an apple and pear chutney. Choice of garlic mashed or baked potato

Chopped Sirloin Steak
Eight ounce chopped sirloin served with sauteed mushrooms and a marsala wine sauce. Choice of garlic mashed or baked potato

Crusted Chicken Parmesan
Breast of chicken dredged in fine herb and parmesan breading, sauteed and served over Pasta Marinara.

Chicken Piccata
Sauteed chicken medallions in lemon wine sauce with capers and green peppers. Served with wild rice.

Grilled Tuna Steak
Six ounce tuna steak marinated in balsamic vinegar and garlic olive oil and topped with broiled lemon slices. Served with wild rice.

Breaded Shrimp
Six plump shrimp rolled in breading and fried to a golden brown. Served with an apricot and mustard sauce. Served with wild rice.

Rainbow Trout
Sauteed rainbow trout with lemon butter sauce. Served with wild rice.

Mixed Grill
Four ounce tenderloin, chicken breast and two shrimp all grilled and served with baked or garlic mashed potato.

Baked Manicotti
Thin rolled pasta tubes filled with herbed ricotta cheese. Baked in our own red sauce with mozzarella cheese.

Baked Lasagna
Pasta ribbons laced with ricotta and mozzarella cheese in a herb rich tomato and meat sauce.

Fettucini Alfredo
A rich, creamy sauce with a blend of mozzarella and parmesan cheese tossed with al dente fettucini. Also available with with Grilled Chicken or Grilled Shrimp.

Pasta Primavera
Linguini pasta with stir fried vegetables in our own marinara sauce. Also available with Grilled Chicken.

Linguini with Clam Sauce
Buttery pasta in an herbed chardonnay sauce.

Chef Salad
Juilenne ham, chicken, cheddar and Swiss cheese on top of fresh greens with sliced mushrooms, red onion, tomato, egg wedges and cucumber slices. Choice of dressing.

Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce dressed with parmesan cheese and our creamy anchovy flavored dressing. Also available with Grilled Chicken or Grilled Tenderloin.

Turkey Tortellini
Ricotta cheese filled pasta with diced turkey, tomato wedges and black olives. Tossed with a vinegarette dressing and served on a bed of greens topped with feta cheese.

Spinach Pesto with Grilled Chicken
Fresh spinach tossed with parmesan cheese, pine nuts and croutons in our own pesto dressing. Topped with grilled chicken, red onion and egg wedges.

Grilled Tuna
Broiled lemon pepper filet served on a bed of romaine and spinach with carrots, red cabbage, tomato, cucumber and choice of dressing.
