Chuck Poulson, also known as "Charlotte Lorraine", was a popular member of Milwaukee's LGBT community, doing entertainment, being involved in such activities as softball league, and may have done some bartending as well.

Chuck's obituary read as follows:

    Charles M. Poulson, age 67, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Aurora VNA Zilber Family Hospice, Wauwatosa. He was born in Racine, November 2, 1950, son of the late Charles and Joyce (Nee: DeKeuster) Poulson.<.p>

    Charles was a graduate of William Horlick High School and St. Luke’s School of Nursing. He was employed as a Registered Nurse at St. Luke’s Hospital, Racine, and lastly at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center, Milwaukee.

    Survivors include his sister and brothers, Cathy Poulson of Racine, Gary (Susan Wagner) Poulson of Madison, James (Dee) Poulson of Gays Mills; nephews and niece, Matthew (Sarah Fowles) Poulson of Wauwatosa, Jon (Angela) Poulson of Minneapolis, MN, Sara Poulson of Madison; great niece, Elinor; great nephew, Quinn; Aunt Rose DeKeuster of Racine; many cousins and dear friends.
