Amy Luettgen is a retired civil servant with a passion for fostering inclusive communities.

As a co-founder and organizer of Bi+ Pride Milwaukee, Amy is dedicated to advocating for visibility, equality, and empowerment within the LGBTQ community. After so many years of public service, Amy has a deep commitment to creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard and valued. Through Bi+ Pride Milwaukee, she works with a devoted volunteer group that strives to celebrate the diverse spectrum of identities within the bisexual, pansexual and non-monosexual communities while advocating for greater rights and representation.

Amy joined the Advisory Panel of the Wisconsin LGBTQ History Project in November 2023.
