Tony Aiello is the original DJ from La Cage, beginning around 1984 and continuing to about 2004 when he 'retired' from [La] Cage, after 20 years of building up the club's music and popularity for dance and shows, to pursue his full-time day job as audio engineer for a sound and lighting company in Milwaukee.

In 2005, after some convincing, Tony came out of 'retirement' as a local DJ and began working at Club 219, where he began the process of re-inventing the club, trying to restore the club back to its ranking of a premiere dance club by updating the music, repairing the sound, lighting and video, etc.

In addition to working at La Cage (later renamed Cage), and Club 219, Tony was the driving force behind the creation of the Pridefest Dance Pavilion, which has been a hugely popular attraction at the annual PrideFest on Milwaukee's lakefront.
