Dixie handed down her crown as Miss City of Festivals USofA after representing Milwaukee at the state pageant in Green Bay in November 2003. We should be seeing Dixie on the pageant circuit again - but for now she's taking a break promoting the same pageant (City of Festivals) that she represented. Dixie has been active in pageants and shows for some time in the Milwaukee area and has garnered the unofficial title of "perpetual 1st Runner-Up".

At State Competition, Dixie gave it her all but didn't quite make it up the ladder for contention of the crown. A worthy job definitely to be proud of and a fine representative of Miss City of Festivals. As the promoter for the Miss City of Festivals Wisconsin USofA pageant and we're certain that she'll do as an outstanding job representing the pageant as she has done during her reign.
