The Stud, also known as Stud Club 546, was found to be advertising in 1971 and 1972 under this name, obviously as a gay men's bar. But advertisements found from 1979 advertise a gay/lesbian cafe and dining room at this location, known as Michelle's Club 546, so presumably there was a change in ownership which prompted the change in name.
