Very little is known about the Park Hotel and Hiawatha Bar, but it was mentioned in many interviews with contributor George 'Bunny' Opper. The Park Hotel was widely known as a cruising hotel, and being across the street from Union Depot train station (in the days before air travel was common), its circular bar was popular for watching people on 4th Street. Bunny called it an "early form of Grindr."

More information about this business is welcomed from anyone who can contribute it.
