The Hot Spot Night Club existed briefly in 1991. They tried to take the place of the formerly popular 'Park Avenue' and 'Papagaio' dance (disco) clubs, but never really made it. They did host the Mr. & Miss Black Gay Wisconsin pageant in March 1991, and so also presumably catered to the 'black' audience as well.
