In 1994, the original MLGPC was dissolved and the new PrideFest was incorporated.The 1994 Pride Fest moved from Juneau Park (where the celebrations had been held the previous 3 years) to Veteran's Park (on the War Memorial Center grounds) to accomodate the larger crowds and parking needed the expanding event. The celebration featured exhibits, three stages, a few dozen craftspeople and vendors, and a full two days of activities. Other highlights were the Harvey Milk Stage; a Classic Car Show; a Dance Tent; a History Tent; and a Volleyball Invitational. The Board of Directors for 1994 Pride was (in the order they were listed in the Pride Guide):
