Who's Bar in Green Bay was the successor to the Body Shop bar when owner Mike Dziuba transformed it late in 1984. (A June 1985 advertisement in 'In Step' magazine vol. 2-12, pg 31, advertises their '3rd Anniversary', but that is for the business including its earlier time as Body Shop.)

In 1989, the bar became another popular LGBT bar, Za's (on Bodart), but moved to a new location after two years in this building. The new Za's location would be Green Bay's main bar for a decade.

The history of LGBT bars in Northeastern Wisconsin was the subject of an excellent article in the Green Bay Press Gazette in 2020.

More information about this business is welcomed from anyone who can contribute it.
